1. Project Manager (Economic Recovery)
The regional Economic Recovery Project Manager provides planning and management services primarily to the localities affected by Hurricane Helene within the planning district; manages Department of Housing and Community Development, Economic Development Administration, Appalachian Regional Commission, and other community development programs to include housing, water, sewer, drainage, economic/community development projects, and other relief-funded projects. Services provided may include project development, grant application preparation, damage assessment, budgeting and financial reporting, and management of specific community development programs.
2. Planner (Economic Recovery)
The regional Economic Recovery Planner provides local and regional planning, project development, grant writing, and grant administration services primarily to localities within the planning district affected by Hurricane Helene. Completes and provides oversight in the preparation of recovery plans, resilience plans, regional plans, community plans, grant applications, financial reports, annual budgets, comprehensive plans, and related support documentation.
